InPost Independent Landlord Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
  1. InPost UK Ltd whose registered office is at Unit C Boundary Park, Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7GE (“InPost”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the promotor of this independent landlord referral scheme (the “Referral Scheme”).
  2. Subject to these terms and conditions the Referral Scheme is an offer to pay an existing InPost independent landlord (the “Referrer”, “you”) the sum of [two hundred pounds (£200)] (the “Referral Fee”) when a business they refer (the “Potential Landlord”):
(i) signs an agreement with InPost to install an InPost APM at one of their sites (the “Site”); and (ii) has an InPost APM installed on that Site.
  1. The Referral Scheme is open to existing InPost independent landlords only.
  2. You must get the Potential Landlord’s consent before sending their details to us. Where you have multiple Sites, you can refer yourself as a Potential Landlord for any Site on which you do not currently have an InPost APM.
  3. Referrals must be made in the manner specified, and contain all information required, by InPost from time to time.
  4. InPost shall have no obligation to follow up with a Potential Landlord. InPost shall have sole discretion in its decision as to whether it shall enter into an agreement with a Potential Landlord and/or shall install an APM at a suggested Site.
  5. The Referral Fee shall only be payable by InPost once the conditions in clause 2 are met and the Referrer has provided InPost with all necessary information to make payment (including but not limited to bank details). InPost shall contact you to obtain the information required to pay the Referral Fee once an APM has been installed on the Potential Landlord’s Site.
  6. Where you are eligible for a Referral Fee, InPost shall make payment of the Referral Fee to the account specified by you within 30 days.
  7. You consent (and shall procure the consent of any Potential Landlord referred by you) to InPost processing your personal data for the purposes of facilitating the Referral Scheme. Personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy which can be found [here].
  8. By participating in the Referral Scheme, you confirm that you are eligible and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. The Referral Scheme shall commence on [date] and end on [date] (the “Closing Date”). InPost will hold all referrals submitted pursuant to the Referral Scheme for a period of six (6) months following the Closing Date (the “Referral Retention Period”). Following the Referral Retention Period, all referrals shall be deleted. In the event that InPost installs a locker at a Site after the Referral Retention Period, this shall be for reasons other than a referral and no Referral Fee shall be payable.
  10. The Referral Fee is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the Referral Fee with compensation of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. By participating in the Referral Scheme you agree that InPost will not be liable for any costs, expenses, loss or damage sustained or incurred by you with regards to the Referral Scheme.
  12. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Referral Scheme if we have any reason to suspect that your conduct is: (i) in breach of these terms and conditions; or (ii) contrary to the spirit or intention of the Referral Scheme.
  13. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Referral Scheme without notice.
  14. The Referral Scheme and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
